At our student gatherings on Friday nights, students can expect to experience biblical teaching, fun age appropriate games, and community and fellowship with others as they connect in small groups with adult leaders for discussion, mentorship, and prayer. Our leaders strive to connect with your students and be a positive example of what a healthy relationship with God is all about.
Exciting News: Valley Student Gathering Night is Moving to Mondays! 🎉
Starting September 8th, we’re switching up our weekly schedule to make room for even more fun, community, and growth! Valley Student Gathering Night will now be held on Mondays instead of Fridays. This new night will be our fresh start to the week, packed with inspiring messages, exciting activities, and lots of opportunities to connect with friends.
To kick off this new chapter, our very first Monday gathering will be extra special — so mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable evening! We’re excited to see how this change will help us grow closer as a community and make our nights even more impactful.
Come join us Mondays for an awesome time of fun, faith, and friendship. We can’t wait to see you there!
At Valley Students, we help students grow in a personal relationship with Christ and discover their God-given purpose. Through engaging, age-appropriate experiences, we foster authentic community, spiritual growth, and practical service—empowering students to reflect God’s love, live with integrity, and make a meaningful impact on campus, in their schools, and beyond. We invite every student from 6th to 12th grade to explore faith, build lasting friendships, and experience joy, safety, and grace as they grow into who God created them to be.
Our youth events begin with doors opening at 5:45 PM, giving students time to hang out, play small games, and catch up in a relaxed atmosphere.
The evening features fun group games, followed by important announcements. We then come together for a time of worship and an encouraging message, designed to inspire and challenge. The night concludes with small group discussions, providing a space for deeper connection and reflection.
Small groups begin to wind down so that parents can pick up students at 8:00 PM after a fun and meaningful evening of community, faith, and fellowship.
Pray First is more than a habit; it’s a posture we carry into every moment. In this series, we’ll pause before we act, invite God into our choices, and see how prayer shapes our friendships, school days, and decisions. Inspired by the Pray First framework popularized by Pastor Chris Hodges, this series invites students to live with prayer at the center—not as a last resort, but as the first step. Each week we’ll unpack a piece of prayer: what it is, how to pray, when to pray, and what happens when we bring prayer into daily life. You’ll find practical steps you can try this week, real stories of transformation, and space to reflect with friends. Bring a friend, and get ready to grow closer to God as you practice praying first in everyday life.
